Sprinkler Construction Punch List
A preliminary walkthrough turned sprinkler installation observations into a documented list of work needed before final inspection.
The project
A facility’s sprinkler installation was ready for a preliminary engineering walkthrough. The purpose was to compare visible work with the project requirements and identify items needing attention while the installation was still moving toward final inspection.
Our approach
WFPE inspected sprinkler coverage, obstructions, supports, and components in the building and equipment rooms. The review identified missing or obstructed sprinklers, differences between installed conditions and the drawings, and documentation needed for support details. Photographs and plan references connected the observations to the areas requiring action.
What we delivered
We delivered a preliminary inspection report with a traceable punch list. The report gave the construction team specific conditions to resolve and document before subsequent inspection, without representing those corrections as already complete.
