Spray-Finishing Facility Evaluation
Connecting enclosed finishing operations with material quantities, building separation, and egress.
The project
An existing facility had been adapted for enclosed spray-finishing operations. WFPE evaluated the occupancy and materials basis, including the relationship between the protected process enclosures and the surrounding circulation space.
Our approach
The report reviewed the hazardous-material inventory, rated separation, egress improvements, and suppression provisions serving the finishing areas. It recognized the separately permitted process suppression systems while documenting the overall operating conditions used in the occupancy assessment.
What we delivered
WFPE delivered a revised occupancy and commodity letter describing the evaluated operation and material limits. The report connected the building-level evaluation with the separately protected process areas without claiming design or installation of the suppression systems.
