Service Facility Phased Renovation
Updating a facility-wide protection assessment as a service renovation moved into another phase.
The project
A service facility renovation changed office, shop, and support areas. WFPE evaluated the facility as a whole while incorporating the work described for the next phase of the project.
Our approach
The report reviewed the materials stored in the service operation, including fluids held in a dedicated storage area, and considered the associated quantities and containment arrangements. It also connected the office and shop uses to the sprinkler design information provided for the renovation.
What we delivered
WFPE delivered an updated occupancy and commodity letter reflecting the phased changes. The report brought the revised layout, inventory, and protection criteria into one record so the new phase could be assessed within the broader facility use.
