Phased Warehouse Occupancy Planning
Defining a limited storage phase while the remainder of a tenant space underwent fit-out.
The project
A warehouse tenant wanted to begin limited storage while other portions of the space were being prepared for their intended use. WFPE evaluated the proposed initial phase separately from the later rack storage and interior work.
Our approach
The report documented the limited floor-storage arrangement, the applicable commodity classifications, and the existing sprinkler protection. It also established that later racking and fit-out work would follow a separate permitting and inspection process. The temporary operating conditions were kept distinct from the eventual warehouse arrangement.
What we delivered
WFPE provided classification documentation supporting the request for temporary occupancy under the described limits. The report established the proposed conditions and the work requiring later approval; it did not represent issuance of a temporary certificate or authorization to begin unrestricted rack storage.
