Life Sciences Production & Storage
Evaluating production, analysis, testing, and warehouse use within a life sciences tenant space.
The project
A life sciences operation combined production and testing with warehouse storage. WFPE evaluated the use as a connected set of activities, including packaging and the limited chemical inventory associated with the work.
Our approach
The assessment addressed commodity classifications, rack storage, clearance, and the existing sprinkler protection. The hazardous-material inventory and summary documented the chemicals and quantities used in establishing the occupancy basis. The report also considered separation from adjacent tenant space.
What we delivered
WFPE provided a classification report describing the evaluated operating and storage conditions. It established the assumptions supporting the use and the need to reassess the protection basis when materials or storage arrangements changed.
