Interim Warehouse Storage Limits
Defining restricted storage conditions while planned water-supply improvements were still outstanding.
The project
A fulfillment warehouse needed to distinguish its current protection capability from the planned system after tank and pump work was complete. WFPE evaluated an interim operating arrangement using the available water supply.
Our approach
The report considered the product mix, proposed storage, and hydraulic calculations for the existing supply condition. It established restricted storage assumptions for the interim phase and identified the future tank and pump installation and acceptance as the basis for revisiting those limits.
What we delivered
WFPE documented the temporary storage basis and the requirement to update the evaluation after the water-supply improvements became operational. The deliverable supported a phased planning discussion without presenting the eventual system capability as already available.
