Industrial Tenant Occupancy Addendum
Updating an established industrial occupancy record to reflect a new tenant and changed storage conditions.
The project
An industrial facility had an earlier occupancy and commodity assessment supporting its manufacturing and storage use. WFPE prepared an addendum to address the current tenant and the changes relevant to the new evaluation.
Our approach
The review connected the historical documentation with the current operations, commodity classes, rack arrangements, and sprinkler protection. The addendum identified the storage assumptions being evaluated and referenced the existing hazardous-material documentation where applicable. This retained the earlier record while clearly defining the scope of the update.
What we delivered
WFPE delivered an occupancy addendum documenting the evaluated changes. It provided the owner and reviewers with a current explanation of the use without representing the assignment as a new assessment of every historical system or condition.
