Healthcare Sprinkler Inspections
Following a healthcare sprinkler installation through construction inspections, final inspection, and supporting document review.
The project
The sprinkler inspection assignment extended through construction of a healthcare facility. WFPE observed installation progress at multiple stages before the final inspection, connecting field observations with the working plans and the documentation needed for healthcare regulatory review.
Our approach
Our work combined construction-stage inspections with review of the sprinkler working plans, hydraulic calculations, and system test reports. The successive visits provided observations of the installation as work progressed, while the final review brought the completed sprinkler scope and its supporting records together. This approach addressed both the installed system and the documents explaining its design and testing.
What we delivered
WFPE issued a final sprinkler certification letter recording that the inspected system and reviewed plans, calculations, and test reports met the applicable standards within the certification scope. The result was a documented sprinkler inspection and review record for the healthcare project.
