Healthcare Fit-Out Sprinkler Verification
Bringing an installed healthcare sprinkler scope together with its plans, calculations, and test records.
The project
A defined healthcare fit-out area required final sprinkler inspection and supporting documentation. WFPE’s assignment was bounded to that area, allowing the installed work and its engineering records to be evaluated as a specific certification scope.
Our approach
The review combined a visual inspection of the installed sprinklers with examination of the working plans, hydraulic calculations, and system test reports. Considering the field conditions alongside those records connected the visible installation to the documented design and testing basis.
What we delivered
WFPE prepared sprinkler certification documentation for the evaluated area. The deliverable recorded the inspection and document review supporting that scope and provided a focused closeout record for healthcare review. Its conclusions applied to the identified sprinkler work, without extending the certification to unrelated portions of the facility.
