Fire Protection Review & Field Support
Qualified Fire Protection Engineer involvement spanning suppression and alarm documents, inspection, and testing.
The project
Fire protection requirements need to remain connected as a project moves from documents into installation and testing. This engagement called for Qualified Fire Protection Engineer involvement across those stages, with WFPE supporting both fire suppression and fire alarm work.
Our approach
Our assigned scope included reviewing the system documents, evaluating applicable fire protection requirements, and providing inspection and testing support. Looking at the documents and the field activities within one engineering engagement connected the design requirements to the systems being installed and evaluated. The work covered the technical review and verification responsibilities assigned to WFPE.
What we delivered
WFPE provided document review and field support for the project’s fire protection systems. The engagement demonstrates the breadth of our QFPE role across review, inspection, and testing; the available scope record does not establish a separate claim that every system or project phase received final acceptance.
