Cleanroom & Storage Occupancy Review
Connecting controlled production spaces with the packaging and inventory stored around them.
The project
A life sciences tenant planned controlled production areas alongside offices and warehouse storage. WFPE evaluated the relationship between these uses, the stored materials, and the existing fire protection system.
Our approach
The review classified raw materials, finished goods, and packaging, including the different implications of glass and plastic containers. It considered rack storage, sprinkler compatibility, access provisions, and limited hazardous materials used in the operation. Process conditions and handling practices were documented as part of the evaluated basis.
What we delivered
WFPE prepared an occupancy and commodity classification letter for the described tenant use. The deliverable connected production and warehouse conditions in one assessment, with changes to products, materials, or storage methods requiring reevaluation of the protection assumptions.
